Pricing

Prices are determined based on each customer’s request and specified in the quotation or final itinerary.

Additional Charges

Consumption tax, bank transfer fees, and credit card processing fees (3% if applicable).

Payment Method & Timing

Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX) or bank transfer.
Payment must be made by the deadline indicated in the invoice sent after itinerary confirmation.

Service Delivery

Services will be provided on the scheduled date in accordance with the confirmed itinerary after payment is received.

Cancellation & Refund

Cancellations must be submitted via email.
• 20–8 days prior to departure (10–8 days for one-day trips): up to 20% of the tour price
• 7–2 days prior: up to 30% of the tour price
• 1 day prior: up to 40% of the tour price
• Same day (before tour start): up to 50%
• After tour starts or no-show: 100%
Refunds are processed within 14 business days after cancellation is confirmed.
