1. A travel contract is deemed concluded when the user submits an application by our prescribed method and we accept it.
2. Once confirmed, the terms specified in the final itinerary document shall apply.

1. Users must complete payment by the deadline stated in the invoice provided by us.
2. If the user cancels the contract, the following cancellation fees will apply based on the timing of the cancellation:

• 20–8 days prior to departure (10–8 days for one-day trips): up to 20%
• 7–2 days prior: up to 30%
• 1 day prior: up to 40%
• Same day (before tour start): up to 50%
• After the tour starts or no-show: 100%

Users shall not engage in the following:

• Violating laws or public order and morals
• Infringing the rights or interests of us or third parties
• Obstructing the operation of our Services
• Providing false information
• Unauthorized access or placing excessive load on our systems

1. We are not liable for damages caused by force majeure events such as natural disasters, war, strikes, or government orders.
2. We are not responsible for any damages resulting from the use of our Services unless caused by our willful misconduct or gross negligence.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Chiba District Court of Japan.
