Refund Policy
The Company’s refund policy is based on the Standard Travel Agency Terms & Conditions and applies under the following conditions:
1. Refund Eligibility
*Full refund if the tour is canceled due to the Company's circumstances
*Refund amount for customer-initiated cancellations is determined by the Terms & Conditions
*Refund amount for customer-initiated cancellations is determined by the Terms & Conditions
2. Refund Process
*Refunds are processed within 10–15 business days after the request is submitted
*Refunds are issued via the original payment method (bank transfer, credit card, etc.)

3. Exceptions
Refunds are not applicable in the following cases:
*Customer-initiated cancellations beyond the specified period
*Cancellations after the trip has commenced
*Changes due to weather or force majeure events
